During the day we have two Care Assistants and one Senior Care Assistant or Deputy Care Manager on each shift. At night we have two waking Care Assistants and the Care Manager on call.

We also a Housekeeper, a domestic, and two cooks.

Staff  receive both in-house and external training in Care Practices, Manual Handling, Emergency First Aid, First Aid At Work, Health & Safety, Fire Safety and Awareness, NVQ level 2/3, Management of Medication.
