To provide personal care to residents appropriate to their needs, especially as the needs change and an increased level of care is required.

To provide a service based on the residents needs with varying degrees of assistance for tasks such as washing, bathing, dressing, feeding and all personal care needs, while ensuring that we maintain at all times the privacy, dignity, independence and trust of the resident.

To have visitors whenever residents wish with no exceptions.

To meet with outside agencies so as to provide full and appropriate care package.

To provide a loving home, which is secure, friendly and unrestricted.

To give residents their privacy and respect their wishes.

To ensure all previous activities etc., continue within the Home for as long as you the resident desires.

Staff will be willing to give assistance 24hrs a day, but also to help each resident to maintain their independence to whatever degree for as long as possible
