About Us

Hillesden House Rest Home has been providing quality Residential Care since our founding in 1980.

Hillesden House is an extremely attractive, detached Tudor style late Victorian house, situated in two acres of well-landscaped gardens, with woodland at the rear. It occupies a prominent position on the outskirts of Leek and commands magnificent views over the surrounding countryside.

The House is fully centrally heated and conforms to the requirements of the Staffordshire Fire and Rescue Service as regards fire detection and alarm systems.

Hillesden is a family business established in 1980, the current Care Manager has ran the home since 1995 And resides on the premises..

It is our aim to provide an extremely high standard of care, in a home from home atmosphere.

The Care Manager Jane will be happy to discuss the cost of care and any funding available with you. Our fee levels range from £317-£367 per week.

Management Team

Jane Mansell has served as Hillesden House Rest Home. Care Manager since 1995. Having Joined the company in 1986 as a Care Assistant. And progressing to Senior Care Assistant in 1988 and Deputy Care Manager in 1990.

Pat Starkey has served as Hillesden House Rest Home. Senior Care Assistant since joining the company in 2001.
